We’re now looking for a Senior Python Developer (Tech Lead) who can own backend development, lead a team, and drive technical excellence across our projects.If you’re someone who loves solving complex problems, thrives in leadership, and enjoys working with Python + Java, this is your chance to step into a high-impact role.Your RoleLead and mentor a small team of developers while ensuring clean, scalable, and maintainable code.Drive end-to-end backend development using Python (primary) and Java (secondary).Architect, design, and deliver secure, high-performance, and scalable applications.Collaborate with frontend, mobile, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deliveries.Perform code reviews, resolve blockers, and optimize system performance.Stay ahead with emerging tech, suggest improvements, and implement best practices.✅ What We’re Looking For2–4 years of strong development experience.Expertise in Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI, My sql, Docker , Pandas, CI/CD).Good working knowledge of Java (Spring Boot preferred).Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.Leadership mindset – ability to guide, delegate, and motivate juniors.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Good to HaveKnowledge of frontend (React/Angular) for better cross-team collaboration.Exposure to DevOps tools and practices.Experience working on enterprise-grade applications.Why Join WEQ?✨ Step into a leadership role – not just coding, but guiding a team.
