- Design, develop, and deploy scalable integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Integrate Workday Financials with external systems via SOAP and REST APIs.
- Understand and handle financial data integrations with appropriate business context.
- Build and maintain data integrations with SQL Server using JDBC connections.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain data mappings, transformations, and orchestration flows.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and integration standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and BI.
- Maintain complete documentation for integration architecture, configurations, and processes.
- Provide post-deployment support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for integration-related issues.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Strong expertise in integrating with Workday, especially Financials APIs (SOAP/REST).
- Solid experience working with SQL Server and JDBC-based data integrations.
- Proficiency in DataWeave, RAML specifications, and API-led connectivity.
- Experience with error handling, logging frameworks, and message transformation in MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and MuleSoft deployment best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
