Key Responsibilities:1. Front Desk & Reception Duties Greet and welcome clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Manage incoming calls, messages; route them to the concerned departments or personnel. Maintain visitor logs and ensure guest protocols are followed. Coordinate with security for visitor entry and exit. 2. Office Administration Maintain and organize office supplies, inventory, and stationery; raise purchase requests as needed. Coordinate with housekeeping, IT support, and other service vendors for smooth facility management. Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of reception and common areas. Handle courier and mail distribution. 3. Internal & External Communication Draft, proofread, and send internal communications and notices as per the requirement of management. Assist in preparing circulars, official letters, meeting minutes, etc. Coordinate with internal teams and clients for scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups. Support social media and marketing team with internal updates, content gathering, and coordination. 4. Documentation & Record Keeping Maintain and update files—both physical and digital—for contracts, agreements, employee records, and vendor details. Assist in documentation for legal, compliance, or regulatory purposes as directed. 5. Support to Management Assist HR or Admin department during recruitment, on boarding, or event planning activities. Prepare and maintain reports related to attendance, petty cash, leave records, etc., as required. Coordinate with property and sales teams for client meetings and site visits.RequirementsWe are looking for female candidatesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business Administration, Communication, or related field). 4+ years of relevant experience in admin/reception roles, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or corporate sectors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment.
