The BA ensures that client requirements are captured, analyzed, and translated into functional/product specifications while also supporting successful product implementation.Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients & internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Perform gap analysis between client needs and existing product capabilities.
Translate requirements into user stories, functional specs, and process flows.
Work with Product Managers to validate whether requirements should be part of product roadmap or customer-specific customization.
Support implementation teams with clarifications, UAT planning, and defect triage.
Maintain domain expertise in lending, payments, compliance, and other fintech processes.
Collaborate with QA team to ensure coverage of business scenarios.
Assist in preparing training material and user documentation.
Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
Identify areas for automation, system optimization, and digital transformation.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure business requirements are met.
Stay updated on requirements and solutioning done for other clients and credit products and propose/build platform-aware solutions.
Stay updated on regulatory updates and related solutioning/recommendations.

Required Skills

1–4 years of experience in product management within fintech or SaaS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of fintech products (lending, payments, digital onboarding, KYC, etc.).
Familiarity with Agile (JIRA/Confluence) and user story writing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
JSON, auth, status codes, callbacks/webhooks; Postman basics
