The BA ensures that client requirements are captured, analyzed, and translated into functional/product specifications while also supporting successful product implementation.Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients & internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Perform gap analysis between client needs and existing product capabilities.
  • Translate requirements into user stories, functional specs, and process flows.
  • Work with Product Managers to validate whether requirements should be part of product roadmap or customer-specific customization.
  • Support implementation teams with clarifications, UAT planning, and defect triage.
  • Maintain domain expertise in lending, payments, compliance, and other fintech processes.
  • Collaborate with QA team to ensure coverage of business scenarios.
  • Assist in preparing training material and user documentation.
  • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
  • Identify areas for automation, system optimization, and digital transformation.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Stay updated on requirements and solutioning done for other clients and credit products and propose/build platform-aware solutions.
  • Stay updated on regulatory updates and related solutioning/recommendations.
Required Skills
  • 1–4 years of experience in product management within fintech or SaaS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of fintech products (lending, payments, digital onboarding, KYC, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Agile (JIRA/Confluence) and user story writing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • JSON, auth, status codes, callbacks/webhooks; Postman basics
