To collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and trade marketing, to ensure effective channel activation and the achievement of business objectives.1.Assist Market Execution Manager in planning and deployment of activation strategy and initiatives in line with various brand objectives, across various consumer touchpoints, including online and offline channels2.Execute brand activation campaigns, including experiential marketing events, product launches, sponsorships and promotional activities3.Implement channel activation plans that encompass trade promotions, point-of-sale (POS) materials, Primary and secondary merchandising in Modern Trade stores and other relevant initiatives to drive sales and brand presence4.Design and implement channel loyalty plan to drive store loyalty and share growth in relevant channel. Design and implement initiatives to augment consumer loyalty5.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand and channel activation initiatives through data analysis, consumer feedback, and market research6.Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to optimize campaign performance7.Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales teams, trade marketing, and brand managers to align on channel strategies, provide guidance, and drive execution excellence8.Manage trade promotion programs to maximize sales, increase market share, and optimize promotional spend, while ensuring alignment with brand strategies and customer requirements9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, distributors, retailers, sales team, merchandising team and other stakeholders to drive collaboration and foster mutually beneficial business partnerships.
