National Trade Marketing Manager - 7+ years - MumbaiAn exciting opportunity for a seasoned Trade Marketing professional to lead and build offline distribution from the ground up across multiple cities. This role requires a hands-on leader who has successfully scaled retail presence, driven BTL activations, and managed large field teams in FMCG, Pharma, or Health & Wellness sectors.Location - MumbaiYour Future Employer - A fast-growing consumer-focused organization in the health and wellness space, focused on expanding its offline retail footprint and building strong trade partnerships across India.Responsibilities - * Build and execute offline channel strategy across multiple cities including pharmacies, gyms, and wellness outlets

Drive store onboarding, distribution expansion, and revenue generation
Lead, manage, and mentor a large field sales (RSE/MR) team
Own trade marketing initiatives including in-store promotions, sampling, and POS execution
Develop and manage trade partnerships, including commercial negotiations and physician outreach programs

Requirements - * 7-10 years of experience in trade marketing/sales within FMCG, Pharma, or Health & Wellness

Proven experience in scaling offline distribution across multiple cities
Strong experience managing large field teams (20+ members)
Deep understanding of pharmacy/retail channels, margins, and trade economics
Hands-on experience with BTL activations and offline marketing initiatives
