Job Description :Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Complete ownership of the P&L, financial forecasting, and analysis; managing cash flows to ensure absolute alignment with annual operating plans.Capital Allocation & Fundraising: Optimizing the balance sheet and debt/equity structures to ensure the best possible allocation of capital. Leading support for fundraising initiatives including equity, debt, and structured deals.Profitability & Cost Optimization: Driving operating margins through aggressive cost control measures while managing working capital, collections, and vendor payment cycles.Compliance & Corporate Governance: Ensuring 100% regulatory compliance (SEBI and Stock Exchanges) and adherence to annual tax audits, company audits, and internal audit protocols.Investor Relations: Strengthening transparent communication with stakeholders and external shareholders.
