Designation- Business Development Officer AND Manager Roles & Responsibilities:- Achieving sales targets.- Knowledge about social media.- Cold calling, prospecting, forecasting, territory management, and customer management.- Executing strategic plans for key customer wins, competitive wins, and customer satisfaction.- Coordination with the marketing department for lead generation and social media.- Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients- Follow up with clients.
