- Conduct regular camera and quality control audits to ensure the operational standards are met
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with franchise partners to improve long-term profitability
- Analysing data to determine brand marketing forecasts for upcoming months then communicating these forecasts to other members of the team
- Ensure to meet marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets
- Improve brand marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies for services based on client demand, competitor activity, and industry trends
- Ensuring that the brand standards, SOP’s and procedures are followed by club staff
- Coordinating with marketing agency on lead generation.
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
- Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Generating new business leads.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations.
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Managing and training the marketing department's staff.
- Preparing and presenting monthly marketing plan to senior management.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits to the clubs, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
