- Shape Expansion Roadmaps: Define go-to-market playbooks tailored to each region-covering positioning, localisation strategy, and market
- Drive Strategic Partnerships: Identify and support high-impact alliances with local players (e.g., telcos, platforms, aggregators) that accelerate growth and market
- Enable Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with product, content, legal, finance, and marketing teams to align expansion strategy with business goals and execution
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; comfortable building models and translating insights into strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence decisions
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, balance long-term thinking with near-term action, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A sports enthusiast with a strong grasp of the business and evolving trends within the global sports and digital content industry
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree from a top-tier institution preferred
