  • Responsible for business development within assigned territories, managing P&L, and driving sales in line with company objectives.
  • Coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and proper documentation.
  • Analyze market data to create effective plans for engaging target audiences and increasing market share.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations on a daily basis, along with recruiting, leading, and training a team of sales managers.
  • Penetrate targeted accounts to generate sales opportunities for the company's products and services.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of products including OT tables, OT lights, modular OT, and surgical devices.
  • Monitor and record all sales calls, noting relevant information for future reference.
  • Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies in allocated areas for sustained growth.
  • Collaborate with key customers, manage relationships, and participate in closing strategic sales opportunities.
  • Drive sales revenue targets in the domestic market and support dealers by resolving sales-related issues.
  • Plan and forecast to secure a higher market share for company products, providing necessary support to internal customers.
