Lead and manage the delivery of plant engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Strong Experience in Oil & Gas DomainTeam Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring effective resource allocation, task management, and career development.Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, expectations, and timelines.Risk and Issue Management:
Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.Quality Control:
Ensure all engineering processes and deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations and best practices.Cost Management:
Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring the efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes, striving for enhanced efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality.Compliance and Safety:
Ensure that all plant engineering activities comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or a related field.Experience:
15+ years of experience in plant engineering and project management, with a minimum of 5+ years in a delivery management role.Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong understanding of plant engineering systems, operations, and technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
