Role: Reliance Carbon Fiber - Operations - Sr. Operational Excellence EngineerEducation: Masters/Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Safety EngineeringExperience: 7 to 11 yearsJob Description:1. Translation & implementation of RILs & statutory safety & compliance regulations into practical internal procedures.2. Owner of Work Permit system as well as Incident investigation system (Including reporting matrix).3. Develop & make available systems & tools for Safety & compliance training.4. Plan & monitor execution of Safety audit.5. Ensure timely sharing of reports within Reliance & to statutory authorities.6. Closely monitoring & reporting of Safety & compliance performance across the Site (Audits, KPIs etc.).7. Ensure emergency response plan is up to date & regular emergency drills are performed.8. Maintain & keep up to date the Process Safety Data Sheet of the Raw materials / auxiliary chemicals & products.9. Asses & ensure all Safety equipment's / PPEs / Tools are updated & available.10. To ensure Job Safety Analysis is done in line with safety compliance across all work stations.11. Asses & implement appropriate actions related to workplace Ergonomics.Preferred Experience:1.Professional having Bachelor's degree in safety engineering from a reputed university. Or2. Bachelor with industrial diploma in HSEF along with proven track record in the respective field.3. 8 to 10 years of experience in managing site HSEF preferably with manmade fiber manufacturing industry.4. Exposures and network in acrylic fiber, CF and composite community. Experience in handling hazardous process Safety.5. Experience of guiding a chemical / manmade fiber site with respect to Safety & compliance.
