Ensure Site wide adherence with required quality system standards.2. Organize & conduct internal audit, co-ordinate external quality audit.3. Owns & maintain audit deviation/non-compliance data base & quality document register.4. Ensure quality management review for mitigating internal & external audit points.5. Develop & maintain company Quality Hand Book.6. Responsible for user-friendly site document management system (DMS).7. Periodically conduct benchmark activity & adopt leading industrial practices to improve systems.8. Identify & implement innovative approaches for lean & effective systems.9. Monitor & report adherence with labor law, company policies & procedures for safety & environment.10. Proactively point out deviations related to safety & other statutory compliance also propose improvement actions.Preferred Experience:1. 'Professional having Master /Bachelor's Degree in technical Science, from a reputed university having a proven track record in the respective field.2. 8 to 10 years of working experience in Industrial Quality Management Systems3. 'Experience of developing systems & dealing with accreditation agencies.4. Certificate in QMS preferred5. Knowledge of automotive and aerospace quality standards6. Exposures / basic knowledge of World Class Manufacturing.
