Conduct day to day activities & follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner2. Participate in periodic audit activities to identify gaps and ensure equipment maintenance system adherence to group standards, best practices pertaining to electrical equipment3. Conduct procedures for repairs to electrical equipment and associated appurtenances in accordance with codes, standards and RAGAGEPs4. Follow applicable HSEF procedures/ practices with awareness about environmental statutory regulations and safety protocols5. Implement energy conservation initiatives in order to support environmental sustainability efforts6. self abreast with leading electrical maintenance practices & trends and contribute to the identification of continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures7. Coordinate with statutory authorities. Maintain all records supporting statutory compliance with respect to electrical equipment8. Undertake initiatives for trainings to enhance competencies and participation in training as per requirement9. Prepare preventive and predictive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance to the maintenance procedures10. Manage implementation of standard maintenance procedure and plant maintenance procedures in order to reduce plant failures11. Provide technical expertise pertaining to electrical equipment and maintenance to sub-ordinatesPreferred Experience:1. A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering2. 3-7 years of experience in engineering & maintenance discipline, with at least 1-3 years of experience in electrical equipment (troubleshooting, maintenance and condition monitoring)3. Knowledge of project management4. Knowledge of reliability centered management, FMEA, RCA techniques5. Knowledge of power system operations and maintenance6. Knowledge of SAP PM/ MM modules7. Troubleshooting Capabilities
