DivisionDepartmentSub Department 1Job PurposeTo manage, and develop the department personnel, operations, and resources to achieve organizational goals, ensure high -quality performance and drive continuous improvement.Key Accountabilities (1/6)

Receipt of Materials.
Dispensing of packaging materials.
Preparation of GR.
Storage, arrangement and location tracking of packaging materials.
Handling of ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System).
Handling of RLAF, UDAF, vacuum cleaner, standard weights, weighing balances, battery operated stacker, order picker, pallet trolleys, air operated barrel pump, electric pallet trolleys and hoist etc.
Maintenance of daily records.
Preparation, usage and destruction of disinfectant and detergent solution.
Data entry in SAP for transaction done.
To ensure safe working conditions on shop floor for man and material and adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety policy of company.
Physical stock verification of packaging materials.
Batch determination and posting.
Handling of E-Track system
Ensuring that all transport vehicles meet requirements of cGMP by agreements.
To ensure that all operations are carried out as per laid down quality standard specifications and current Good Manufacturing Practices.
Strict adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety.
Any other assignment allocated by Department Head.
