Plan and maintain optimum manpower levels as per production requirements

Handle statutory registers, returns, and audits
Liaise with government authorities and inspectorsIndustrial Relations (IR)Maintain healthy industrial relations and manage union interactions (if applicable)
Handle grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conductPerformance Management & EngagementImplement performance appraisal systems for plant employees
Drive employee engagement, welfare activities, and retention initiatives
Conduct training programs on safety, compliance, and skill developmentHealth, Safety & Environment (HSE Support)Support implementation of safety policies and procedures
Promote a culture of workplace safety and compliance
Coordinate training on health & safety standardsKey RequirementsMBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
6–10 years of HR experience in manufacturing / plant setup (water plant preferred)
Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
Experience in handling blue-collar workforce and industrial relations
Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and MS Excel
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in water treatment / FMCG / bottling plant
Exposure to factory audits and compliance inspections
