📌 Key Roles & Responsibilities1️⃣ Environmental ComplianceEnsure full compliance with environmental laws, wastewater discharge norms, and EMS standards.Maintain documentation for regulatory submissions, audits, renewals, and inspections.Liaise with pollution control authorities and ensure statutory adherence.2️⃣ ETP & STP Operations ManagementOversee daily operations of ETP (2 Nos.) & STP (3 Nos.).Monitor system performance including Primary, Secondary & Tertiary treatment stages.Ensure proper troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and system efficiency.Support MEE operations and zero liquid discharge (if applicable).3️⃣ Process OptimizationAnalyse process parameters (pH, COD, BOD, TSS, TDS, etc.).Identify deviations and implement corrective & preventive actions.Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives.4️⃣ Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily MIS reports and environmental performance dashboards.Maintain operational logs, compliance records, and environmental data.Ensure accurate documentation for audits and inspections.5️⃣ Training & SafetyConduct ETP operational and safety training for plant personnel.Ensure adherence to environmental SOPs and emergency response procedures.Promote environmental awareness and safe work culture.6️⃣ Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Safety teams.Ensure seamless integration of ETP operations with plant activities.7️⃣ People LeadershipSupervise shift operators, technicians, and contract staff.Drive performance monitoring and continuous skill development.📌 Key Skills Required✔ Strong knowledge of industrial wastewater treatment systems
