We are also looking to expand our remote teams in VIETNAM, INDIA, and the PHILIPPINES.Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Specialist (4 positions)(Full-time) - Night Shift Position - USA BUSINESS HOURSAbout the roleThe Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing our sourcing and talent acquisition requisites. Manage all screening processes, recommend candidates for open positions, and onboard new hires. This person must understand, model and represent the National Search Group value proposition. He or she will identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with the managers, identify potential “fit” through effective interviewing and testing, effectively administer the interviewing and onboarding process, and ensure a positive new hire experience.Experience & Education:
  • 4 years of equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years of human resources, talent acquisition, and interviewing experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience and/or exposure in the assigned area of responsibility
  • Proven ability to communicate and effectively “sell” an organization’s value proposition.
  • Must possess excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Strong customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Consult with leaders, hiring managers and, the human resources team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
  • Lead research teams and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build our database /pipeline of candidates and the ATS company brand.
  • Manage teams that Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, and candidate interviews, recommend the final selection of applicants, and close qualified candidates.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with VP's to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
  • (Advanced) English (Reading / Writing / Speaking) - American Accent
REQUIRED HOURS & EQUIPMENT
  • Must be available during normal USA Business Hours
  • Hours of work: Monday-Thursday 9 am – 6 pm & Fridays 9 am-1 pm EST
  • Fast interview with power backups
  • Noise-canceling headset, your own computer or laptop
  • High-speed Internet with at least 30-50mbps speed
  • NO background noise (major requirement)
