Role OverviewAs the Senior Product Manager, you will work directly with the founders to build and scale our core product. You'll be responsible for translating our vision into a successful market offering, managing the entire product line and ensure that we hit key milestones.What you will be doing?Shape Product Strategy

Define product roadmap for our AI-powered platform serving thousands of students
Drive strategy that directly impacts student acceptance rates and business growth
Identify high-impact opportunities through student behavior analysis and market insights

Drive Cross-Functional Execution

Own product delivery from concept to launch across Engineering, Design, and Data teams
Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and release management
Translate business needs into detailed specs and drive stakeholder alignment

Optimize Student Success

Own conversion funnels from onboarding to university acceptance
Design experiments to continuously improve application success rates
Develop premium features that enhance outcomes and drive revenue

Scale for Growth

Support expansion into new student segments and geographies
Design scalable solutions for diverse student profiles and international requirements
Analyze competitive landscape to maintain market leadership

What makes you an ideal person?This makes you a fit

5-7 years product management experience with measurable impact on user outcomes
Track record in B2C tech products, preferably EdTech or marketplaces
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decisions
Proficiency in analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA)
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks

This sets you apart

Experience with international education, study abroad programs, or university admissions
If you have studied abroad - undergrad or postgrad doesn’t matter.
Background in launching and scaling new products in the Indian market
If you have been a founder yourself, Ex founders are preferred.
Understanding of Indian higher education and student aspirations
Knowledge of international university admissions processes preferred
