This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to bring structure, visibility, and efficiency to project execution. The role requires a strong balance of planning, coordination, and problem-solving to successfully manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.RequirementsKey Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, and Retail to ensure seamless execution.
Track project progress against defined KPIs and milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies through structured project management practices.
Facilitate governance meetings, status reviews, and decision-making discussions with senior leadership.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project status, outcomes, and impact.
Maintain proper documentation of project plans, changes, approvals, and post-implementation learnings.
Support execution of key business initiatives such as system implementations, process changes, and new launches.
Conduct post-project reviews to capture insights and improve future project execution.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in project management, ideally within retail, consumer, or similar fast-paced industries.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to execution.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking systems.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership effectively.
High ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects independently and deliver results.
