- Position Title: IT Recruiter
- Business Line: Centralised Recruitment Team
- Reporting to: Head TA
- Define job description and communicate the same in the public domain appropriately as well as with the potential candidates
- Create a candidate persona for each open position/ mandate
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and appropriate screening process
- Follow-up references and check credibility of candidates
- Present shortlisted candidates to the hiring manager in appropriately compelling manner
- Coordinate with the SPOCs rigorously throughout the recruiting cycle for each mandate
- Follow a sustainable candidate lead strategy to create back-up
- Communicate with stakeholders to get a clear view of their context, hiring needs and specific requirements of each mandate
- Research different LOBs - its service offerings, clients, competitors, plans and the attractiveness of the brand etc.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on the organisation's hiring needs
- Build long-term candidate relationships to keep growing the database in favour of CIEL
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, mapping, and full candidate life cycle management.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes including usage of technology such as ATS, Social Recruiting methods, Job portals etc
- Deep knowledge of various methods used to select candidates and engage with candidates
- Knowledge about various industry sectors and current events related to business environment
- Believes in collaborative working with others in the team and builds rapport with internal stakeholders
- Starts conversations easily and pays attention to details in the conversations
- Manages long to-do items effectively within the timelines
