- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand their technical staffing needs
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media platforms, job boards, online communities, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified IT professionals
- Engage with potential candidates, conduct initial screenings, and present a diverse pool of qualified candidates to the recruitment team
- Stay up-to-date with IT industry trends and market intelligence to ensure a competitive advantage in talent sourcing
- Work closely with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Provide regular reports and updates on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sourcing, preferably in a staffing or recruiting environment
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and job market trends
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging with qualified IT professionals
- Excellent sourcing skills, with the ability to utilize various sourcing methods and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment software
