- Provide first- and second-line technical support for digital tools used in road infrastructure projects (e.g., GIS, BIM, asset management systems, IoT sensors).
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of digital platforms and field devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to road monitoring and smart infrastructure systems.
- Support data collection, integration, and validation from road sensors, drones, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with engineers, planners, and IT teams to ensure digital tools align with project requirements.
- Train field and office staff on the use of digital systems and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues to vendors or internal teams as needed.
- Document support procedures, FAQs, and technical manuals.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in infrastructure or transportation sectors.
- Familiarity with road asset management systems, GIS platforms, and IoT technologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows-based systems, mobile apps, and cloud platforms.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
