- Client & Service Management: Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards; lead regular client and business review meetings, including quarterly operational reviews.
- Team & Resource Coordination: Manage global internal engineering teams and third-party suppliers; handle engineer schedules, timesheets, and leave requests while supporting recruitment efforts.
- Operational Excellence: Drive consistent, high-quality service delivery; act as the primary liaison between clients, engineers, and Excis teams, and champion a positive, solutions-focused culture.
- Financial Oversight: Ensure project profitability through effective forecasting, budgeting, and revenue growth strategies; provide accurate monthly billing inputs to Finance.
- Leadership & Strategy: Promote service excellence within your region and contribute to the long-term strategic delivery goals of the AMS/LATAM team
- Additional Duties: Support executive leadership, act as backup to the Region Manager, manage escalations, lead team meetings and training, mentor staff, and assist with regional financials.
- University degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in a similar role
- 5–10 years of experience in IT Project Management and Service Delivery across medium to large projects
- ITIL and Project Management certifications are highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage global projects in an agile environment with a strong delivery focus
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, with excellent time management skills.
