What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering12 to 15 years of related experience in the tire industryMust have experience in maintenance from tire industry - 12 -15 YEARS with Safety and Quality mind setMust have knowledge and hands on PLC based systems - Rockwell PLCS, Servo system, servo drives, Servo Motors, HMI & PCsMust have knowledge of all Basic Electrical, Electronics Equipment & Instrumentation generally used in Tyre Industry.Must be competent in understanding the Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic Drawings & CircuitsUnderstanding of machine logics, co-ordination with teams for timely completion of assignmentsMust be conversant with Failure controls & root cause analysis for equipment's to prevent similar breakdown in future.Have the Understanding of MTBF, MTTR and SAP based Maintenance systems.Must have hands on Computer reporting, data analysisLead and drive shift electrical engineers' teamMust have knowledge about VMI Pixxel and E+L centering systemsMust have knowledge of TPMPlan and execute obsolete upgrade of Tire building machine with OEMMust have knowledge of VMI 248 machines#LI-KT1#LI-HybridGoodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
