Job Description of Asst Manager – Electrical Maintenance Tire building areaReporting to Maintenance Manager-BTB - ensuring reliability of BTB equipment's through PM, PdM and breakdown maintenance activities through PO - RE methodology
  • Analysis of shift breakdown through why why
Implementation and follow up of good Countermeasures on breakdownShift management of Electrical team as well as mechanical teamCoordination within the Business Team during shifts with production and quality team
  • Listing of obsolete equipment and its plan to upgrade
  • Repeated issues analysis and improvement activities
  • Responsible to control of waste, spare parts & cost
  • Able to lead electrical team during shift and achieve MTTR & MTBF
  • Carry out planned maintenance and predictive maintenance activities
