Job DescriptionYou have 10–12 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or plant environment.You have prior experience working on Mixers, Extruders, and Calendar (MEC) equipment (preferred).You have strong hands-on knowledge of Rockwell PLCs and variable frequency drives (VFDs).You have proven experience in preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.You have strong troubleshooting capabilities for electrical and automation systems.You have prior experience leading maintenance teams and handling plant-level electrical responsibilities.You possess excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.You hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
