Train operators in safe and efficient machining practices
Monitor output quality and implement process improvements

Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical or Production Engineering
5 - 6 years of experience in conventional machining in relevant industries
Skilled in using precision measuring tools (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in operator training and process optimization
