Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams in engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality products.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data, user research, and market insights to inform decisions and effectively prioritize initiatives.
Team & Stakeholder Alignment: Drive alignment across teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of priorities and progress.
Leadership & Execution: Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to execute with excellence, keeping customer impact at the forefront.
Performance Measurement: Establish success metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and iterate based on learnings.

Youll Thrive in This Role If You:

5+ years of product management experience in a high-growth tech company or startup environment.
Strong ownership mindset with a proven ability to define strategy and drive execution independently.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, leading through influence rather than authority.
Excellent communication and storytelling skillscan clearly articulate vision and drive alignment.
Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
