Join us in transforming the healthcare landscape and be a part of something extraordinary.Key Responsibilities- Manage daily activities of junior sales representatives, including outreach, follow-ups, CRM updates, and lead progression.- Review individual performance and ensure team members meet targets, KPIs, and quality benchmarks.- Provide day-to-day coaching, feedback, and troubleshooting support.- Report daily to leadership on team performance, challenges, and wins.- Ensure scripts, templates, and messaging are being used effectively and improved where needed.- Flag underperformance early and recommend action plans or changes.- Step in to handle high-priority accounts or support in closing deals when necessary.Skills & Qualifications- 4-5 years of demonstrated success in software sales- Proven experience in outbound or B2B sales- Experience managing or mentoring junior reps or SDRs.- Excellent attention to detail and ability to hold a team accountable.- Strong communicator with the ability to synthesize daily activity into clear reports.- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving goals.Other Details Engagement : Full TimeCTC: 6-9 LPA + Target Based IncentivesEducation : Bachelors degree or equivalentAbout Amaara- At Amaara, we develop intelligent, user-friendly interfaces that empower healthcare providers of all sizes to manage their operations efficiently while ensuring the secure storage of patient data.
