- Define the Transformation & Transition strategy and roadmap for the team in India. This includes creation of centers of excellence for process re-engineering, automation, digital solutions and transition/ offshoring practice.
- Create and implement the E2E transition strategy by consolidating inputs from cross functional teams and conducting thorough due diligence, business case development, operating design, knowledge capture and knowledge transfer plans
- Ownership of the Resource & Capacity Model by effective forecasting, planning and prioritizing based on the roadmap and actively assessing impact
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes by all stakeholders.
- Define and ensure alignment with overall project governance and reporting standards. Implement internal and external governance strategies (risks, issues, communication, compliance, controllership, knowledge management, people, reporting) to ensure a zero surprise environment throughout the project cycle.
- Lead in process improvement, project management or technology development and testing across multiple teams and or divisions
- Analyse and expose ambiguous, complex issues or non-standard issues, identify risks, root causes, and propose future actions, tracking through to resolution
- Assessing productivity & processes related data to identify innovations and/or automation opportunities. Supporting users in developing automation solutions to deliver process improvements and eliminate manual processes.
- Assessing and conducting market research for solutions to keep relevant and up to date and drive the digital strategy and process transformation initiatives.
- Strong collaborator with key relationships; technology partners, transformation partners, within the business operations and external ecosystem Provide leadership across the operations organisations to implement and mature agile ways of working.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. Preferred Masters degree or

- 15+ experience, with minimum 8 years in digital consulting or project management including exposure to at least one digital deployment or transformation project in Retail
- Extensive project management and active transitions experience within BPO/ Captive Shared Services Center environment
- Expertise delivering products, projects or technology applications
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, design and data analytics
- Strong experience with Design Thinking & Ideation
- Human Capital OD - JD
- Knowledge of performing operational efficiency assessments and solution design
- Experience in using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Proficiency in MS Office and business management software Communication and Relation
