Civil Lead- Wind turbine infrastructure development, Road development for Wind turbine, Strong experience in WTG foundation, Crane Basepad prepration + Machine Management, 220 kV/ 400 kV TL foundation experience, Statutory Approvals, Bay erectionPrinciple Accountabilities:
  • Engineering drawings to be provided and compliance to the same as per engineering process. Maintaining Proper Drawings, records and documents.
  • Having hands-on experience in managing large scale wind projects with piling activities, MMS/Module erection activities, BoP Civil works. Hands-on experience in control of quality parameters to be achieved and quality control processes to be followed for Wind project civil works.
  • BOQ preparation to deliver the project within Approved Budget & Time. Optimization of BOQ from BID stage to final executed qty.
  • Implementation of the action points from the learnings documented from last year project and implementation of the same.
  • Implementation of a communication system with in department to collectively motivate, implement learning and brain storm the way forward and implement the same.
  • Technical support for Preparing SOP for all project process and its activities, taking reference from AGILE and compliance to the same.
  • Support for preparation of Material code list for C2C implementation.
  • Technical support for Design and build work places that are safe with all latest state of the art safety systems & Robust and automated fault detection systems
  • Ensure accurate feedback of progress to site senior management on timely basis.
  • Proactively resolve recurring issues to ensure timely resolution and coordination with other teams.
  • Periodically review overall compliance with SOPs.
  • Determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions, by reviewing MIS.
  • Drive high productivity of site workforce through optimal staffing and manpower scheduling.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across all departments by conducting meetings of the concerned teams and resolving any outstanding issues.
  • Ensure timely closure of any outstanding Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs) as reported by internal/external audits.
  • Proactive relationship management with all stake holders for successful construction completion.
  • Ensure external providers management and performance evaluation
  • Post-award monitoring and contracts management for orders on vendors/ External providers at site.
  • QMS part
  • Ensuring required processes of QMS for construction management are established, implemented and maintained across all sites under cluster
  • Co-ordinating and synergizing implementation of QMS related activities within Construction Management and align with overall QMS objective
  • Facilitating periodic reviews of the PM QMS manual
  • Reporting to the Project Director on the implementation/adherence to the QMS and any need for improvement/refinement.
  • Co-ordination with organization MR for QMS related activities including audits.
  • Ensuring resolution of the observations/Nonconformities identified during audit.
  • Ensuring issuance of the correct version of the QMS documents such as Departmental Manual to concerned members.
