Job Description:About ABRenAditya Birla Renewables Ltd. is a leading renewable energy company within the Aditya Birla Group, focused on developing utility-scale wind (and hybrid) energy projects across India, from development through to commissioning.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Civil Execution & CoordinationSupervise and manage all civil construction activities—wind turbine foundations, crane pads, access roads, pooling substation (PSS) foundations, and 33 kV/TL civil works.Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.Planning & Budget ControlAssist in preparing detailed project work plans, DPRs, BOQs, and site-based budgets.Monitor execution against targets and flag deviations promptly.Quality Assurance & ComplianceImplement site-level QC checks, enforce environmental and safety norms, report NCRs, and manage corrective actions.Vendor & Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate with EPC contractors, local authorities, and internal teams for smooth progress.Oversee invoice approvals, vendor billing, and SAP-based documentation (if applicable).Reporting & DocumentationPrepare timely project updates—submit DPRs to HO, maintain as-built records, and compile progress and risk logs.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: B.Tech / B.E. (Civil) — full-time degree preferred.Experience:Minimum 8 years in civil engineering roles within construction, with 8–13 years specifically preferred for Lead/Supervisor roles.Proven experience in wind energy (WTG foundations, roads, substations, TLs), ideally on utility-scale projects (≥50 MW).Technical Proficiency: Site execution, QC, budget control, safety (HSE), vendor coordination, SAP billing, documentation.Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and adherence to deadlines and quality.
