We are hiring for Education based orgainzation @ Mumbai and Hyderabad location .This role is of Business development manager cum Customer Success Manager.Job DescriptionRole OverviewThe Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with existing partner schools using the GoSharpener platform.The primary objective of the role is to ensure: - Successful onboarding of schools - Active usage of the platform by teachers and students - Annual subscription renewals - Upselling additional modules, workbooks, and programs within the same schoolsThis role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy interacting with educators and managing partnerships.Key Responsibilities1. School Relationship Management - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned schools - Maintain regular engagement with school coordinators and teachers - Conduct periodic check-ins with schools to ensure satisfaction2. Platform Adoption - Train teachers and school coordinators on how to use the GoSharpener platform - Monitor platform usage and student participation - Provide guidance to ensure maximum impact and engagement3. Renewal Management - Track subscription timelines for partner schools - Initiate renewal discussions 2-3 months before expiry - Coordinate internally to ensure smooth renewal processes4. Upselling & Revenue Growth - Identify opportunities to introduce additional programs such as: - Sustainability workbooks - School campaigns - Climate action challenges - Student events - Convert satisfied schools into higher-value partnerships5.
