This role oversees team performance, technical strategy, and cross-organizational collaboration to deliver reliable and scalable software solutions. The Sr Manager integrates technical roadmaps with enterprise architecture and manages vendor relationships to enhance product capabilities. Success is measured by timely delivery, budget adherence, and continuous improvement in engineering practices. This role drives organizational efficiency and customer satisfaction through strong leadership and high-quality software delivery.What Youll Do:

Lead and manage multiple software development teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Coach and develop managers and engineers to improve performance, engagement, and delivery outcomes
Define and implement continuous improvement initiatives across engineering processes, tooling, security, and compliance
Develop and maintain technical roadmaps in collaboration with product, design, and enterprise architecture teams
Oversee technical vendor relationships to influence feature delivery and improve product functionality
Recruit, onboard, and retain qualified managers and team members to strengthen organizational capability
Ensure delivery of scalable, reliable software solutions aligned to business priorities

What Youll Bring:

Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
1518 years of combined software engineering and IT experience, including senior leadership responsibilities
Extensive experience managing large-scale software development initiatives and teams
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational change management skills
Experience aligning technical strategy with enterprise architecture and business goals
Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving accountability and continuous improvement

Must Have Skills:

Proven experience leading multiple software development teams and managers
Strong leadership and organizational management capabilities
Experience developing and delivering large-scale business systems applications
Deep knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and engineering best practices
Experience with analytics and business intelligence platforms
Strong database and data integration experience, including ETL processes
Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure
Experience with modern data platforms including Snowflake and Databricks
Proficiency in Python and data-centric engineering environments
Strong software documentation and communication skills
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server technologies, including:

Relational Database Management Systems:

T-SQL and MDX
SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

Nice to Have:

Experience with Teradata, SAP HANA, or Hadoop
Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and collaboration platforms
Experience using Visual Studio development environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for planning and reporting
Experience managing vendor relationships in large enterprise environments
