- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience working in customer relationship development by working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
- 8 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
- Master's degree in marketing, technology, business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries to influence across teams with similar objectives, aligning resources and direction.
- Experience with offline media, brand lift, marketing measurement and attribution techniques, and Google advertising products.
- Knowledge of media industry issues to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.
- Excellent written/verbal communication, business judgment, strategic and analytical skills, with experience using data to drive strategy and business action, and make presentations to executive audiences.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to build and drive a holistic strategy and narrative for the organization.
- Lead a team of high performing digital marketing strategists who work collaboratively with mid-market sales teams to drive marketing objectives and account level excellence for customers.
- Drive active partnership with Sales leadership to align priorities, address customer needs and achieve business goals, leveraging CSA service strategy.
- Coach the team to support advertiser ROI and performance across lead gen, E-commerce, and multi-channel sectors, while driving professional growth through mentorship and structured career development planning.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and program management to drive Google’s ads go-to-market strategy for the mid-market segment.
