Identify potential clients including farmers, cooperatives, and agricultural businesses, and establish long-term relationships.
Promote and demonstrate agricultural products and services to target customers.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Organize and participate in agricultural fairs, exhibitions, and community events to increase brand visibility.
Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer requirements and product improvements.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and achieve targets.
Provide after-sales support and training to clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing within the agriculture or farming industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of the agriculture market dynamics in Odisha, especially in Bilaspur, Durg, Dhamdha, and Shivrinarayan.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
