- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, for assigned features / components(s) within Syncron Price.
- Define and prioritize product features based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders, to translate requirements into actionable user stories and development tasks.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management activities, maintaining a clear roadmap and timeline for product delivery.
- Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, advocating for user needs and preferences throughout the design and development process.
- Monitor product performance metrics, conduct user testing, and gather insights to iterate on product enhancements and optimizations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Understand and take part in discussions about the consequences of the architectural/technical decision taken by the development team.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of proven track record of success in product management or product ownership roles, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks forward independently.
- Thrives in autonomous environments, taking ownership and delivering results with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making, proficient in leveraging analytics tools and metrics to drive product improvements.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering best-in-class user experiences.
