Role DescriptionRole Description: Technical ManagerWe are looking for an experienced QA Manager to oversee the development and execution of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in managing scalable system application, Python, leadership skills, and experience in managing and maintaining software solutions. You will mentor a team of QA engineers, drive best practices, and ensure high-quality software delivery.Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring best practices, high-quality software testing, and adherence to coding standards through code reviews and automation.
Manage, review, and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented automation code, ensuring adherence to software development best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, break down complex problems, and ensure timely feature delivery.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration, providing guidance and performance feedback to team members.Technical SkillsExperience leading at least 10-12 senior QA Engineers.
Must be hands on with the code, writing code is not an expectation but code reviews will be required.
Proficiency in Python programming language.
Proficiency in writing unit test cases using PyTest.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Effective communication skills.Nice-to-have skillsKnowledge of Elastic search for data indexing and search functionalities.
Experience with Kafka, including an understanding of its basic structure and integration with application code.
Good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.QualificationsQualifications
  • 11-12 years of work experience in relevant field
  • B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
