- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Implement best practices in project governance, risk assessment, and compliance.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
- Establish reporting frameworks to provide clear visibility to senior leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and leadership.
- Ensure seamless communication between engineering, finance, operations, and senior management.
- Drive alignment between project objectives and organizational goals.
- Continuously refine project management methodologies to improve efficiency.
- Leverage data analytics and KPIs to track performance and optimize outcomes.
- Mentor and develop junior team members and cross-functional teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure that project teams are aligned, motivated, and working efficiently.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or strategy execution.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in project governance, risk management, and execution frameworks.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-driven environments.
