Brief Job Description (Experience- 1-3 Years):(1) Responsible for preparing electrical design & other design documents/schematics etc. related to LCL machines.(2) To receive design related guidelines from Kanpur/Bangalore electrical design team to provide electrical solutions to various internal customers.(3) Lab & prototype testing of all kinds of changes done against new development & for all design & software change.(4) Preparing electrical circuitry in EPLAN software, Bill of Material (BOM/BOQ) in SAP, cable schedule and other technical documents, as per given/agreed directives.(5) To coordinate with machine assembly team for acquiring necessary feedback & implementing changes.(6) To provide technical solutions against critical field & quality issues in electrical/software.(7) To coordinate prepare the development activities in machines against the design changes done for the feature addition, cost reduction and performance improvement.(8) Working in SAP and maintaining all design documents.(9) To support service team for implementing new developments. This may require travelling to customers sites also.(10) To work in conjunction with other functional areas, specifically with mechanical design to achieve the common design goals. Team spirit is must to achieve organizational goals. (11) Taking care of R&D machines with the help of other team members.(12) Meeting specific customized customer s requirements from electrical design side. Responsible for keeping a close co-ordination on behalf of design with production, SCM, marketing.(13)Creating Super BOM, OD of new FG code of T/L, Printing. Alternate component sourcing and solutions for the product to improve performance & reduce cost of m/c.
