Festivals From India is hiring for their client ASIGN in Mumbai for a Cataloguing and Documentation Executive. This role is central to the management of our diverse collection, which includes fine art, ceramics, manuscripts, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the systematic recording of our holdings and contributing to the scholarly research that brings these objects to life.About ASIGN:ASIGN is a first-of-its-kind product & services company built specifically for the art and collectibles ecosystem.   • The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.

  • This is an on-site, full-time position based in Mumbai.
  • Salary band for this role is available upon request.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Art History/ Museology/Fine Arts/ Applied Arts/History/Archives or Heritage Management (highly preferred).
  • 1–2 years of full-time or part-time experience within a gallery, museum, auction house, or private archive/ collection.
  • Proficiency in any Collection Management Systems (CMS) and database entry.
  • Strong command of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, PPT) and general computer literacy.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of at least one vernacular Indian language is ideal.
