- 8+ years of work experience, with 3-5 years dedicated to product marketing in the AdTech/MarTech industry
- In-depth understanding of digital advertising, with a preference for expertise in search advertising
- Bring outside-in (customer, market, competition) and inside-in (product, business priorities) insights into product strategy discussions to shape Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that inform Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify product opportunities, market gaps, and evolving customer needs
- Develop sharp, differentiated product positioning, narratives, and value propositions tailored to diverse customer and market segments
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies across the product lifecycle, from launch to growth and maturity
- Define clear product launch goals, success metrics, and cross-functional alignment plans to ensure market readiness and impactful execution
- Partner closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive strong internal alignment and seamless GTM execution
- Equip and enable client-facing teams with the right narratives, tools, and customer-facing assets to effectively position and deliver the product story in the market
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, customer-centric narratives tailored to AdTech personas
- Proven ability to produce high-quality content across diverse formats, including blogs, narrative decks, reports, whitepapers, customer success stories, thought leadership articles, and website or external platform content
- Skilled in designing visually impressive, story-driven presentations for customer, sales, and leadership audiences, ensuring clarity, impact, and strong visual storytelling
- Excellent presentation and delivery skills, with the confidence to engage, influence, and captivate diverse internal and external audiences
- Ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Client-Facing Teams (Sales and Account Management)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Proven leadership in managing ad-hoc and long-term projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Skilled at mentoring and coaching teams, driving them to achieve their highest potential
