We are hiring an experienced Quality Control Inspector to ensure the highest standards of quality in our injection molding operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in inspecting products, identifying defects, and maintaining compliance with quality specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed inspections of injection-molded parts for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and defects.
Use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product specifications.
Analyze production samples and document inspection results.
Identify and report non-conformities, working with production teams to implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality reports.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control within injection molding.
Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and interpreting technical drawings.
Strong understanding of injection molding processes and materials.
Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with production staff.
8 Hours Duty
Salary: 18k - 23k based on experience
1 Lady preferred for the role
