Key Responsibility Area1.Project ConceptualizationSound knowledge of Redevelopment By-laws & DCR RegulationsAnalyses and calculates the area identified for the future project and drafts the end product design to be presented to the customerTranslates design ideas into design briefs to be handed over to design consultants and architects2.Appointment of ConsultantsAppoints the consultants basis analysis of proposals.Briefs the consultant on the project requirements, expectations and timelines3.Project CoordinationEffectively collaborates with various teams i.e - liaison, projects, sales etcBuilds consistency of product specifications in GFA, GFC and Sales brochures to ensure zero deviation between the concept, product and the sales pitchAcquires approvals for design and resources such as materials for project constructionTracks project progress and takes correctional action with respect to design (if any)Attends to and mitigates any queries put forth during the construction process4.Process AdherenceComplies with company defined guidelines and processesAdheres to project timelines5.Process ImprovementIdentifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvementRecommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency /costs/productivityUndertakes process improvement activities in own work area6.Learning and DevelopmentIdentifies self and team development needsTakes concrete steps to pursue self & team development through training, education, projects etc
