Job DescriptionFinancialDriving Site Reviews and BudgetingFacilitate smooth pay-outs to the contractors/vendors/PMCs by coordinating with Finance team as per need basisOperationalDevise the sequence of various activities to be conducted on site in coordination with key stakeholders (e.g. contractors/PMCs)Oversee all operational activities(MEP, Civil, Planning etc.) on site are progressing line with the established project timelinesCoordinate with design team at site to ensure that all GFC drawings are brought in as per the scheduleReview the drawings in joint discussions with architects and consultants to foresee any risks and highlight the sameAnalyze the demands for materials requirements on site, and provide the necessary approvals for their procurement and coordinate on same with Contracts and Budgeting teamCoordinate with the Facilities and Handover team during the snagging process to handover the siteEnsure the scope of responsibility for different snag issues is established and rectified by the projects teamPeopleDrive the trainings schedule and ensure that the same for all PMCs/contractors on site are duly conductedDefines and sets work objectives for team membersBalances work allocation in teamReviews tasks completed by team members and conduct regular performance reviewsCompletes performance appraisals of teamCarries out team building & engagement activitiesProcess Adherence & ImprovementEnsure that all quality and safety compliance standards are in adherence to established SOPs and guidelinesIdentifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement
