  • Build and manage relationships with AIDs & consultant ecosystem
  • Drive product specifications in upcoming projects
  • Achieve sales targets through project-based selling
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and technical discussions
  • Generate leads via network and convert to business
  • Collaborate internally on BOQs, proposals & tenders
  • Track project pipelines, competition & market trends
???? Must-Have✔ 8-10 years in lighting / similar industry sales
✔ Strong network with architects, ID firms & MEP consultants
✔ Proven track record in specification/project sales
