Employment Type: Full-time | OnsiteWhy this role existsWe are hiring an experienced Project Manager (PM) to take full ownership of client delivery projects from kickoff through completion. This role sits within a learning-focused professional services environment, where success is defined by disciplined execution, clear communication, and consistent delivery against agreed timelines and budgets.You will manage multiple projects at once, coordinate work across internal teams, and serve as a trusted point of contact for global clients. While the learning domain itself may be new if you are coming from another industry, the project management responsibilities should feel familiar and aligned with strong, fundamentals-driven PM practice.This role is best suited for someone who works independently, is comfortable with accountability, and enjoys turning complex, multi-contributor work into clear, well-run project plans.What you will do:Project planning and deliveryOwn projects end to end, from kickoff through successful completionBuild, maintain, and actively manage detailed project plans using Microsoft Project Enterprise and related toolsDefine scope, milestones, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholdersIdentify stakeholders, risks, and issues, and develop communication and mitigation plansTrack progress, manage change, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budgetWorking with teams and stakeholdersAct as the primary point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholdersCoordinate work across multiple internal contributors and functional groups to ensure projects are staffed with the right skills and resourcesLead status meetings, document decisions, and drive follow-through on action itemsLead client management, addressing issues and escalations through structured root cause analysis and disciplined corrective actionsIdentify risks and issues early and take appropriate actionQuality and reportingEnsure appropriate process adoption and adherence across all project planning and executionEnsure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and client expectationsManage review cycles, feedback, and approvalsProvide clear, consistent updates on project status, risks, and next stepsLearning the environmentLearn how learning projects are delivered within a professional services modelLearn and apply work breakdown structures and workflows for different types of deliverablesApply strong project management practices within a new domainBuild familiarity with delivery models, workflows, and client expectations over timeWhat we are looking for:Required experienceBachelor's degree in any field5+ years of hands-on project management experienceRegular, active use of Microsoft Project Enterprise as part of day-to-day project deliveryProven ability to manage multiple projects independentlyExperience working with global clients across the US, Europe, or EMEA, and with distributed teamsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsNice to haveExperience in professional services, IT, or consulting environmentsWhy consider this roleThis is a hands-on project management role with real ownership.
