We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of learning and content development projects. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, working across instructional design, SMEs, media, and delivery teams to ensure timelines, quality, and budgets are met.This role is hands-on and execution-focused. Strong fundamentals in project management and practical experience using Microsoft Project are essential.What You’ll DoOwn the full project lifecycle from kickoff through delivery and closureBuild and manage detailed project plans using Microsoft ProjectDefine scope, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholdersCoordinate cross-functional teams and keep projects moving forwardTrack progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactivelyEnsure delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned to quality expectationsCommunicate clearly with internal teams and client stakeholdersProvide regular status updates, forecasts, and reportingWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of project management experience, ideally in learning, training, eLearning, or content developmentStrong, hands-on experience with Microsoft ProjectProven ability to manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesExperience working with cross-functional teams (10–15+ members)Solid understanding of scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder managementStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsNice to HaveExperience in learning services or digital content environmentsExposure to automation, AI-enabled workflows, or reporting toolsExperience working with global or distributed teamsWhy This Role
